FIRST QUESTION: WHAT IS YOUR OVERALL VISION?
The most crucial question you can ask prior to beginning
your project is:
How will this project implement our group's vision?
Which in turn means reminding yourself of what it is that you have,
most fundamentally, set out to do.
Does your group focus on helping those already in your community,
or on integrating those who are new? Preventing
neighborhood distress, or reversing it once it occurs?
Solidifying neighborhood identities, or transforming them?
What will this project do to achieve those?
After refreshing yourself on your organization's vision, next
comes identifying your goals.
